This Privacy Policy explains how Wellfit Global (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use our internal application to check stock and seat cover availability, view customer balances, and manage order items.

This app is primarily used by authorized users who are provided a username and password. There is no payment gateway and we do not collect sensitive personal data through the app.

1. About this app

What is Wellfit Global?

Wellfit Global is an internal business application used for:

  • Checking stock levels and availability of seat covers and related products.
  • Viewing customer balances and outstanding amounts.
  • Adding and managing order items in a cart-style interface (for internal processing only).

The app does not process online card payments and does not include a public signup or registration form. Access is granted only by providing login credentials directly to users.

2. Information we handle

What information is used in the app?

The app itself is primarily focused on business and stock data. We do not ask users to enter personal profile details (such as address, date of birth, card details, etc.) inside the app.

Depending on your role and usage, the following information may be visible or stored:

  • Login credentials – a username and password that we provide to you so you can access the app.
  • Basic user identification – such as your name, employee ID, or internal reference, used only to identify who is using the app and to control access.
  • Stock and product data – item names, codes, WF codes, quantities, availability, and related product information.
  • Customer account data – customer names or codes, available balances, and order history, as part of normal business operations.
  • Order/cart data – items added to a cart, requested quantities, internal notes on orders, and related order details.

We do not intentionally collect payment card numbers, UPI IDs, or similar financial instrument details in this app.

Why do we use this information?

We use the information available in the app to:

  • Allow authorized users to log in securely and access the system.
  • Check real-time stock and seat cover availability for operational decisions.
  • Track and manage customer balances and outstanding amounts.
  • Create, manage, and review internal orders and cart items.
  • Maintain internal reports, logs, and audit trails for business purposes.
4. Login & security

User accounts and access

Access to Wellfit Global is restricted. Login credentials are directly shared with authorized users. You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential and not sharing them with anyone else.

To help protect your account and our systems, we may:

  • Store your username in the system for identification and access control.
  • Log basic access information (such as login time, IP address, or device/browser details) for security monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Suspend or disable accounts that show suspicious activity, misuse, or unauthorized usage.
5. Payment information

No payment gateway, no online transactions

The Wellfit Global app does not contain a payment gateway and does not process online payments. Any financial settlement with customers (such as invoices, cash, bank transfers, or other offline methods) happens outside the app, following our standard business procedures.

Because of this, the app does not request or store payment card numbers, CVV codes, or online banking credentials.

6. Data sharing

Who can see this information?

Information accessed through the Wellfit Global app is used for internal business operations. We do not sell user data or customer data.

We may share data only in limited situations, such as:

  • With internal teams who need access to perform their job responsibilities (e.g., sales, operations, accounts).
  • With service providers who support our infrastructure (such as hosting, backup, or IT support), under appropriate confidentiality or data processing terms.
  • When required by law, regulation, or a valid legal request from authorities or courts.

How long do we keep information?

We retain user access logs, customer balances, order information, and stock records for as long as needed to support our business operations, comply with legal requirements, and maintain accurate financial and operational records.

If a user account is no longer required, we may deactivate or remove the account while keeping historical records of actions or orders that were made for audit and reporting purposes.

8. Your choices & responsibilities

What you can do as a user

As an authorized user of Wellfit Global, you can:

  • Request correction of inaccurate user details associated with your account (such as your name or ID).
  • Report any incorrect customer balance or stock information so we can investigate and fix it.
  • Inform us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
9. Security

How we protect the system

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the Wellfit Global app and the data it processes from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or alteration. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of any information processed through the app.

You can help by using a strong password, keeping your login credentials confidential, and logging out when you finish using the app.
